Hi, I'm Kelly, founder of ThrivePath.
I've always believed the best way to help people is to first understand what they do.
Throughout my career, I've never been someone who sits on the sidelines giving advice. I want to learn the work, see the process firsthand, ask questions, and understand what makes a team successful. I've always been curious. In fact, people often tell me I'm like a kid because I'm constantly asking, "Why?" To me, every answer leads to another opportunity to learn, improve, and grow.
One of the most important lessons I've learned about leadership is that the people doing the work are the subject matter experts. Before I ever try to improve a process or lead a team, I believe it's essential to understand their perspective, experience the work myself, and partner with the people who know it best. When people see that you're willing to learn alongside them instead of simply telling them what to do, trust is built. And trust is where meaningful improvement begins.
Helping people has always been my passion. I love seeing individuals gain confidence, teams work better together, and businesses accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach. There's nothing more rewarding than watching others succeed.
